Burrito Recipe with Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat until beef is cooked through and onion is soft.
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Spread 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  • Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Fill each tortilla with some of the beef mixture, shredded cheese, and a tablespoon of enchilada sauce.
  • Roll each burrito up and place in the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the burritos.
  • Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with sour cream, if desired.
